I met Gill when she came up to visit, she was really nice. Her husband seemed cool too though I only met him for a couple of minutes.
They've been jointly superintendenting the Barnsley circuit for the past few years and have both been ministers there for about ten years. Dave knows someone who knows her who thinks she's a great minister. I got the impression she's very competent and will do a good job of balancing the needs of the more traditional and innovative sides of the church.
She seems to have an ability to put people at ease and make them feel comfortable and I think she'll get on well with people of all ages and backgrounds.
That was spam, spam, and spam! It happens. Try using the 'Word Verification' feature built into blogger. Then again, you probably don't care, because no=body has posted on here for over a year! Not even a Merry Christmas post! =(
